New parents connect at New Journey Physical Therapy through birth education classes, support groups, and babywearing workshops. We are always looking to increase and improve our offerings.

  • POSTPARTUM SUPPORT GROUP

    We host a free support group for new moms weekly at our clinic. The group is run by Abby Waychoff who is a fantastic Occupational Therapist specializing in helping moms through the many transitions in the first year of parenthood.

  • BABY WEARING WORKSHOPS

    Mel Haley hosts

    Everyone brings their own carrier(s) and shares a bit about them, their use so far and questions. We all practice a tie wrap together and then folks can get help with other carriers and fits 

    $50 for caregiver/baby dyad for 1 hour workshop
