Liz is such a personable therapist. I looked forward to each session we had together. She was always very understanding and fun to work with. She knows what she is doing, and she is very helpful.

I have been dealing with tailbone pain the last few years of my life due to a fall while hiking. I had tried addressing it on my own with different stretches and exercises but nothing was ever long lasting. I had found Dr. Uttech off the website coccyx.com and contacted her from there. After two months of being treated, the pain is all gone. It was such a relief to finally get this addressed.

Dr. Kate helped me so much with my urgency and frequency! Her approach is compassionate and knowledgeable and she helps give women the confidence to conquer their pelvic floor issues!

I had been to see a Gastroenterologist for my anal fissure but did not have any relief. I wasn’t sure if Dr Kate Uttech would be able to help me or really what to expect. She gave me tons of advice and was able to manipulate my fascia tissue which eliminated all pain and enabled me to pass stool like a normal person again! Additionally, she worked with me to eliminate “queefing” when working out. I wasn’t sure if this was a solvable problem but apparently she can solve anything!

I'd tried a different pelvic floor physical therapist before to treat my vaginismus and basically made no progress. Dr. Kate's approach was different. She asked me what my goals were and I saw a reduction in my pain/symptoms within the first couple of sessions. She's very knowledgeable and approachable and took the time to explain everything she was doing. I still have pain in some situations, but it's greatly reduced and I now have the strategies to manage it. Thanks Dr. Kate!

I am five years post partum and have already been to PT for my diastasis. Unfortunately, it did not resolve and seemed to get worse over the years. I was contemplating surgery to fix it but saw Kate as a last-ditch effort to avoid surgery. She surpassed my expectations in teaching me things I did not even know I needed to learn. Not only is my core functioning close to pre-pregnancy and looking better than it has in five years (still not 100%), but I also feel more confident with my workouts and knowing what I can and cannot do. In addition, Kate helped me discovery that I was urinating too frequently and have caffeine sensitivity (things I had never contemplated before) and gave me a plan to work on those issues. I highly recommend her.
