NICOLE G.
In the middle of very delayed prolonged labor, Kate was able to give me a pelvic adjustment that allowed the birth of my baby to move along within hours! It was a huge relief in a painful moment, and we are grateful for her expertise and knowledge to help us have a healthy birth. I absolutely recommend Kate and, knowing the reality of the body after childbirth, will use her services again in the future!

I had a fantastic experience with Kate throughout my pregnancy with my third child. Beyond addressing pelvic girdle pain issues, Kate provided a ton of valuable information as well as emotional support. I looked forward to our appointments and found her to be knowledgeable, warm, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on maternal well-being.

I am so happy I met with Dr. Kate. She is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I learned so much about why I was experiencing back pain and techniques for addressing that pain as well as strengthening my muscles so that I no longer have the pain. I felt better almost immediately, and as my pregnancy has progressed, I have continued to feel stronger and more prepared for labor. I would recommend Dr. Kate to all pregnant and postpartum women!

Dr. Kate helped me so much! Pelvic pain was my biggest problem throughout my whole pregnancy. I had been going to a chiropractor for months with no improvement, and when I finally gave physical therapy with Dr. Kate a try instead, my pelvic and back pain started to improve right away. I just wish I had done it sooner!
